To begin the process, please visit the City of New Braunfels STR registration page. Simply follow the steps outlined on their website and be sure to check out the quick reference links for additional information.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED – Various
To complete the application, you will need the documents outlined on the City’s website. Several of those documents relate to floor plans and site plans, which can be downloaded from the Wes Peoples Homes website. Visit the Garten Haus page and simply scroll down the page to see “Available Plans.” Then, select your floor plan and click “PDF Download.” Follow the same process for the site plan.

All other documentation is the responsibility of the homeowner or rental management company to obtain.
